Shipping & Material Delivery Policy
At The Hive Skill Hub, we ensure that any materials, kits, or resources provided as part of our workshops or classes reach you safely and on time. Please read this policy carefully.
- Delivery Scope
- Physical materials (art kits, craft supplies, or learning resources) will be shipped to the address provided during registration.
- Delivery is available within India. For international deliveries, please contact us separately.
- Shipping Time
- Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days after registration and payment confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping partner and location.
- Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are included in the course fee unless stated otherwise.
- Any additional courier or express delivery charges will be borne by the participant.
- Tracking & Updates
- Participants will receive a tracking number and delivery updates via email or WhatsApp once the package is dispatched.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- If materials are received damaged or lost during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged/missing items after verification.
- Changes to Delivery Address
- Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated before the materials are dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by participants.
