At The Hive Skill Hub, we aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our workshop and class participants. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling.

  1. Workshop/Class Cancellations by Participant
  • Cancellations up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop/class: Full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations 3–6 days before the workshop/class: 50% refund of the course/workshop fee.
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before the workshop/class: No refund will be provided.
  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Please allow additional time for banks or payment providers to reflect the refund.
  1. Workshop/Class Postponements or Cancellations by The Hive Skill Hub
  • In rare cases, if a workshop/class is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to:
    1. Reschedule to the next available session, or
    2. Receive a full refund.
  1. Non-Refundable Charges
  • Any service charges, transaction fees, or material fees (if mentioned separately) are non-refundable.
